Never removed one, but from that pic it looks like there must be a bolt coming through the floor for it ?

 

But then I cant remember seeing such a bolt in the boot/rear seat area....hmmmm..

thanks yowser been in the boot and down beghind the seats and no bolts etc, im wondering if those 25mm bolts are it

i think there is some m6 bolts on a bracket attached to the floor

m6? so not them big 25mm ish ones

It definitely unbolts from underneath the car. I removed mine with my rear interior still fitted.
