not sure where to start on this had a search but still not any wiser just pulled the zed out of winter storage and took it for a drive and the steering feels a touch strange, syptoms are steering feels stiff when turning sometimes to left sometimes to right but its like it's lumpy in movement (car was ok when parked up for winter) and when coming out of a corner it self straightens most of the way and i need to pull it the final bit, also felt like a little oversteer a couple of times, the speedo is showing a constant speed, fluid is topped up and ok,no puddles of fluid anywhere and no hicas light (but this may have bulb removed) and also checked tyre pressures it maybe something that will 'loosen up' after use as the cars been stood but looking for ideas on this one

Sticking Brakes ?

brakes seem ok it's been parked up with handbrake off etc and no obvious binding on the front

when i first got mine lots of things were weird or intermitent speedo, hicas cruise etc. gave ita darn good driving a few times and it all seem sto just come back.

Your lower steering column universal joint has seized.undo it where it meets the column and check if its notchy.Brace yerself for a new one £150 iirc.

well funny thing is jim steering seems ok when car is static just when moving so i'm now thinking speed sensor maybe

Honest mate,check the u/j. Its common on vehicles that have been parked up.
