been sorting the garage out, had loads of engine bits all over my shelves so came up with the great idea that it would save space if I rebuilt my 2nd spare engine into a complete unit

so now I have 2x TT lumps in the garage and also still the one in the white zed, and an NA lump in the black one which is coming out soon

and no, none of them are for sale :tt2:

not when I can't say for sure the condition pete :shifty:

I suppose for rebuilds they are good

what about the right one i heard it may be forged internals :) oh that plenum was on the floor yesterday too

Think u should let me put 1 of those tt lumps in my car till i finish my engine, :-).

Then i can remember why i have done all this work on it.......

ok the right one isn't for sale.... yeah apparently forged internals, getting it compression tested and may get it inspected like you told me yesterday marty :thumbup1:

the left one had headgasket failure but came with a new nissan gasket set :D

If the price was right I might be tempted to buy one of those TT ones and go through with Mikeys idea of buying a lump to rebuild, then dropping it in the car when it was ready, obviously I'd be stripping it completely, cleaning and flushing everything while it was in bits, then putting it all back together with new gaskets and things, so the price would definitely have to be right lol.

Thats like a mirror image of my garage, I think you should build the first front and rear engined 4wd zed Baz, Bugatti eb110 eat your heart out!!lol

On a serious note, how hard would it be to make a stand with fuel, ecu ect so we could bench test the engines??

you wouldnt fit one in the back would you?!! would be rather mad, also fit a towbar and then have a trailer with the 3rd engine powering it :devil::devil:

shouldnt imagine a zx could be made into 4wheel drive tho. How could ya get drive to the front wheels???.

via a gearbox and drive shafts as in most cars matey:slap::rofl:

Haha.
