ive got a line rental and call plan with bt, paying about £35 a month and i want to cut the phone off and just pay for the line rental so i can still get my AOL through

 

some silly guy on from a foreign country has told me its gonna cost an extra £25 a month on top to go to line rental only?, they say i cant go from a call plan to just line rental for the internet

 

silly guy wouldnt listen to what i was telling them and just kept repeating £25 (fookin tool)

 

im thinking of going to sky for the lot, but changing my tv deal as i dont watch it all and go with sky for tv and internet and line rental, thing is though with shell losing her job i dont want to enter another twelve month contract, i need to be able to cancel the lot just incase it all goes tits up

 

can anyone offer any advice?

yeah im with sky now, ive just got shot of some packages (saved about a quid apperently lol?), im wanting to go broadband and phone with them, can get it all for about £75 a month

 

if i go with sky for broadband and phone will i get that and the tv half price?

if i go with sky now for a full package, they want me to take another 12 month contract, if it all goes tits up (shell no job) and i cant afford to pay, is there a way to get out of the contract

If you have full sky you can always drop it the the lowest at any time

Sure if you ring sky and say you have lost your job they will help in many ways.

at the moment im on full sky tv package, i want to take their broadband and phone aswell, they want £75 a month, im paying over a £100 a month for sky tv, aol broadband and bt phone

 

thing is they want a 12 month contract to take the broadband and phone on top of my exsisting tv, what i want to know is could i cancel the lot whilst still under contract if i found i couldnt afford it whilst still under a 12 month contract

Like i said you you ring sky and say you have lost your job they will go out there way to sort something out for you..might have to pay say £20 a month.
