Help with steering wheel

Hi guys, just sorting the little bits out on my car before i advertise it.

 

I have purchased a correct steering wheel [one with no cruise] for the car and just went to swap it over and found they are quite different see pics

 

My question is this can i fit this steering wheel [i think its an NA] and what do i need to buy for it to fit?

 

The old one is the bottom one and the replacement one is above it [obviously]
