Thanks Gaz, an interestng read. Although it seems to have te older interior trim.

What im really after is a brochure that shows both the Grey alcantara, and the blue'ish velour interior options that came on Series 2-4 cars.

What im specifically interested in is what Nissan calls the interior material options, whether Alcantara and velour are the correct names.

well this is from the later one with the suede type panels

they call it nubuck-style fabric interior trim

I cant make out the text...does it mention both fabric materials ? They should of been available at the same time.

One was fitted to cars with leather seats, and the other to cars with cloth seats.

Nubuck is very similar to suede, but sounds like its probably a synthetic suede replica....which is basically what Alcantara is.

I have the same pages as Hellraiser has sent you mate - the only option available on the UK series 2 (as per the second edition brochure) was "black leather seats with the nubuck-style fabric interior trim."

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Yeah agree with Richard!

I have a few UK brochures, and the only interior spec available from 1991 to 1994 were:

1. Cloth/Tweed Seats With Cloth/Tweed Dash/Door Surrounds

2. Leather Seats With Cloth/Tweed Dash/Door Surrounds [Arm Rest In Cloth/Tweed]

3. Leather Seats With Alcantara Dash/Door Surrounds [Arm Rest In Leather]

Thing is though, I'm sure that S3/S4 cars never made it to the UK. So they would never have had the options that Yowser is looking for.

Even though 93/94 cars in Japan were S3/4 I'm convinced that everything coming to the UK was still S2 - selling of old stock etc!

There was only Series I and Series II or "Second Edition" as it was printed on the brochure, sold in the UK . I think I also have earlier JDM brochures and US too.
