i can't seem to find a suitable el panel, all ebay seems to be able to offer me is this

you gotta do that you need to heat up the centre panel to split it and then fit in a EL light panel and wire it in :)

ok thank you one for the job to do list lol why you are hear is there any thing i should look out for on the 300 i am experianced on jap cars but have always loved the 300 and just been able to get my hands on one not the bestin the world but work in progress

Anyone put glowhut stuf in the iluminated sills? Mine died years back due to water ingress as they were never sealed properly from day one.

someone said they had on my illuminated sills thread they changed them from red to blue :)

I have some spare red, EL strips specifically for the sills and zedsean has some invertors.

How did you do it ?? I have never used the stuff?

No Marty I changed them from green to blue, I got the blue strips from Groover :cool3: When I got the car they were not wired up :huh:

 

Thanks for the mirror switch which arrived today, will swop it over at the weekend but I will need to illuminate it as Groover did that with my current one - he does seem to get about :whistling:
