Just bought a zed and need 1 day car insurance to get it home, but having no look when I google it put details in then wont in sure it

 

any suggestions of company.

try the insurance company you are with now, they should do it :)

Would it be cheeper to get it transported to you?

cheers will give my insurance company a ring tommorrow shut to day but need cover for tommorrow night, would cost a fortune to get car delivered to me its 180 mile away, and my cusun got a 1 day insurance for £28.

Im sure when i bought my previous car, one day insurance was available when i had a RAC car data check done .

I tried Rac site, and there wont cover it because its over 15 years old, what thats got to do with it I dont know lol

Cant you get a mate to drive it home they will probably be insured to drive any car not belonging to them tpf&t.

I with adrian flux. There the only ones that will touch me with the mods i have :bow:

 

With swift cover on the bm they were £600 cheaper than flux. work that one out :confused1:

THe car in question will still need to be insured by its presant owner for that to work :(

Iam with adrain flux withe the scooby so hope there can sort it.

 

I asked him if he had insurance because I can drive any car but he isnt no more bud.

any chance its your age? that stoping it from getting insured?

I tried temp cover once, they wont insure anything group 18 or over...

 

Best bet is your current insurer, just tell em once you've got it home you'll be lining their pockets with more money to insure it fully....

Yeh a couple wouldnt insure it because it was over group 17 and some because it was too old lol.

 

The women on the phone said how much is it worth I said 1500ish Iam paying less but getting a bargain she said really on a L reg lol cheeky bugger.

 

Once I sort a few things it will be more 3k.

Its temp cover who said it would be £42 but the car has to be worth at least £1500 more there will not cover you madness.
