I got a set of these and looking to wire them up. Want them on when the doors are open so i have looked at wiring into the door switch however when the door opens the wire on this switch turns negative so i need a positive supply from somewhere. Who has these and where did you wire them into?

I,m sure i read once the relay for the interior lights is behind the inner O/S quarter trim ,( next to the side of the seat base) and that,s where people have connected them , someone will hopefully give a deffinate answer . HTH

Gonzo12c, yea am definatly intrested they look sweet, doing all inside of car up at moment, they will look kwls, going for red and black interier seats and black trim and got dash lights blue and red, think these will look kwl lit up in blue, also going to look at lighting up the pods in blue and red i think lol, what is cost like on the 300zx kick plates, thanks

i aint sure what he is charging for them but the UK ones were around £100 for the pair so its gonna be close to that

The laser engraved logo sills are £120 so i think the indiglow sills were more. Give Smithy a PM, he used to deal with them.

Mine were originally green, I got the blue EL strips from Graham, red will look just as nice :rockon:

I've had a few PM's about these sills asking if they are still in production, sadly they are not.

These cost around 2K in development costs some years back and like all the other products i've done, 65-70% of customers were non UK. The risk though was that someone eventually would copy my products once known how we manufactured them here, the Indiglow sills are the last item copied by companies across the water and as this gives them minimal development costs but with a larger customer base, they couldn't be made here in the UK and still be viable.

 

I do have an idea for a new product which i may do in the summer if i have time before i sell me Zed, they will be sold in 1 large batch only before someone has chance to copy it lol
