Manual A/C Controls - To Digital Climate Control

Has anyone ever changed the manual A/C dials, to the series II directional climate control? Or can it even be done?

    Im sure Lee (Jaikai) was looking into this for his series 4.

     

    Not too sure if anything ever came of it but might be worth dropping him a pm.
