I've spoken with AndyP, our club treasurer, who has given us the go-ahead to use to club accounts for collecting money for club stands at future events.

 

For those who wish to attend, the deadline is the end of february.

Our thinking is that, should you wish, you can either pay myself or sandy in cash at the meet on the 20th or paypal your money to the club direct.

 

For those who wish to use the paypal option,

 

Use our paypal email address paypal AT 300zx.co.uk - replace the AT with an @ - as per usual email address

 

To save Andy getting a headache, could you please include your Club Username and what the money is for i.e. Modified Live @ Knockhill.

 

Could you please use the list below to indicate if you'll have a passenger or not. I'm still awaiting confirmation from Nicola about whether we can purchase passenger tickets in advance or on the gate. I'll update this when i hear from her.

As long as be book the ten car passes, as far as Modifie Live are aware, we have enough for a stand. Whether 10 turn up or not is a different matter ;) ;)

 

Oh, Sandy is having problems getting online just now so he's going to wire me payment for himself and Jim tomorrow afternoon so they'll be marked as paid from tomorrow evening.

Thats us up to 9 tickets paid for chaps.

 

If we can get payment in from one more person, we can get our stand booked!

 

I'll try and use my charm with nicola about getting a car pass for zhoodyx but im sure she said that the rules are you need to buy a ticket to get the car pass.

 

I'll paypal mine when I get paid around the 26th also. I'll probably be +1 as well the other half wouldn't be amused me dissapearing without her lol.

Not sure my Zed is exactly stand material tho haha!

I think i've got it sorted so you wont need to sell your ticket on.

Ive spoken with PerpetualZero who is gonna send in money for his passenger tonight.

Ok folks......got a developement on this.

 

Sandy, and his never ending bargain hunting, contacted Knockhill yesterday after spotting that they were only asking for £13 for general admission to this event, whereas Modified Live were advertising £17 or £22 on the day.

Knockhill reassured him that:

 

a] There is NO minimum numbers of cars required.

b] The cost for Driver and Car is £10

c] The cost for passengers is £13.

 

I've received the stand booking form from Knockhill. They have requested that they have it returned to them by the 1st of May but since we've all committed and paid (except for BAZZ) i'll get the form filled in as soon as bazz can let us know if he can make it. To help me with filling in the form, could you please post up with your Real name and surname.

 

I'm going to have to speak to AndyP about how we can go about getting the refunds sorted out. Could either get the refund sent to me and i'll hand it out at the event or could see if andy could refund each person through Paypal.

 

Thoughts please.

The food at knockhill is extortionate so i was going to offer to go to tesco / asda and bring along food and drink. Then refund whats left?

 

It's not my money to decide what we do with it but i have no problems with bringing along something for breakfast / lunch / munch. Whatever you guys want to do.

food sounds a good idea i did notice the price difference as my sister is getting tickets for her and her man and wee boy and so is alanas friend. so i checked for them. i just thought ours was more expensive cause of the club thing

I always like the idea of food :drool: I reckon that sounds the best idea to me as Paypal will have their cut at all the refunds as well as usual!
