I've spoken with AndyP, our club treasurer, who has given us the go-ahead to use to club accounts for collecting money for club stands at future events.

 

For those who wish to attend, the deadline is the end of february.

Our thinking is that, should you wish, you can either pay myself or sandy in cash at the meet on the 20th or paypal your money to the club direct.

 

For those who wish to use the paypal option,

 

Use our paypal email address paypal AT 300zx.co.uk - replace the AT with an @ - as per usual email address

 

To save Andy getting a headache, could you please include your Club Username and what the money is for i.e. Modified Live @ Knockhill.

 

Could you please use the list below to indicate if you'll have a passenger or not. I'm still awaiting confirmation from Nicola about whether we can purchase passenger tickets in advance or on the gate. I'll update this when i hear from her.

The price will be £17.00 per person with a free car pass providing we can get 10 cars on the stand.

Wouldnt worry about the condition of it matey. It's all about meeting up and having a great day with like-minded petrolheads!

thats what i was thinking zhoodyx already has tickets for this so he will be able to use one of our spare car passes will he not?

Ok, i think i've got my head round this.

 

In the other thread, nicola has said that "if we order ten tickets, ask for ten car passes".

As long as we have ordered ten passes, we'll get a stand.

 

So in theory, we could get away with having less than 10 cars there.....as long as folk take passengers.
