Well, a long story, but has happened really fast!

Some of you may know, that im a big BMW fan (M3's mainly).

Last year i had an E36 M3 Evo Converible

I sold it due to 1. It not being used much, and 2. I spent so much money on it i had nothing in the bank!

I decided to sell, and £5500 parked on the drive was a but pointless.

I didn't advertise it, but replyed to a wanted ad on the BMW forum i use.

A deal was done and the car went around the end of the summer.

With the money i had, i decided to buy a 328i sport, and a 300zx and put the engine in the BMW.

Joining here, i decided it was a waste of time putting the engine in, so sold the 328 and kept the 300zx. (but then broke the rot box for spares and bought my red one!!)

Ive been missing the BMW, and have stayed on the BMW forum.

A couple of weeks ago, i was pm'd by somebody telling me that My M3 had been written off.

I made some enquires and true enough, it had been.

I dont know why, but i offered to buy the plate off it.

Whilst chatting on teh phone, i decided to offer him some money for the enigne (a track car idea was in my head. Put the M3 in a stripped out E36 shell).

That progressed into my buying the whole car as it looked like it could be put back on the road. (All in 1 phone call)

A few days later, i had the car delivered to me..

I thought i'd get it back on teh road, as it was all bolt on parts needed.

So started to strip it down.

Finding the chassis leg bent, and that it was being recorded as a cat C, put me off the repair.

I didn't like the fact that it would be weak, and didn't think i'd be able to sell a Cat C.

So after a week of owning it, decided to break it. (last tuesday)

I put a for sale ad on ebay for the engine tuesday night, and had sold it by wednesday night!

Then, on thursday, i started stripping the whole car down.

That was friday. Since then, ive sold most of the car.

Only have left the complete subframes, seats, and switches etc

With the Zed still off the road, and going to be a slow project, and the fact that i'd fell in love with BMW again, meant i had to buy another.

Just so happened, that my brother was selling his (i put a for sale ad on here for it).

So having always wanting one, i thought i'd do it as the interest rates will be on the up soon, so it was now or never!

Please welcome, My new toy!
