I will try to push my engine to 430-460 bhp. is 555cc injectors is enough ? What part do I need to push to that power? I will rebuild my engine and will change some parts.

modifications at the moment:

power enterprise pe1420 turbos (1.2 bar)

2'' inches exhaust, modified turbos elbows

360bhp-380bhp

modifications plan:

555cc injectors

Lightweight Crank Pulley

intercooler (or 2 smaller intercoolers)

power enterprise pe1420 turbos (1.2 bar)

2'' inches exhaust, modified turbos elbows

( planing to get over 430bhp?)

So what you can advice me? what power I can push with this parts?

I think I problem is now is stock intercooler can't push 1.2 bar pressure

And my stock 370cc injectors are to small.

What else you can advice me?

555 should be fine but you should get a decent air filter maybe some decat pipes and a mapped ecu, and you should see that easily

all the best

thanks mate, sorry I forget to tell I got hks massive air filter. Yeah I know remap is necessary. does my pistons and other bit will be ok on that kind of power?

I personally would not want to run that type of power for long without an engine rebuild...ie: uprated pistons etc.

Your engines reliability will be compromised...its just not worth it.

As a rule you can pretty much say injectors are good for similiar as their name ie

370cc good for 370bhp

555cc good for 550bhp

740cc good for 750bhp

i would change at least the pistons for forged the rods are forged anyway ...put some mike smith manifolds into the equasion and a 2.5" or 3" de cat exhaust and you will easily see the wrong side of 450 bhp at the wheels..however dont forget the clutch is on its limit at just over standard and wil start to slip at around the 365 bhp mark ....its worth putting in an RPS clutch too
