front torsion bars

if the bushes are worn in the front torsion bars will this cut the tyres out ie:same as if tracking was out?

Featured Replies

Sway bars / anti roll bars / torsion bars, all the same.... :)

I've replaced rear bushes and a front subframe, but never noticed any damage (early wear) to the tyres, I don't think you need to worry to be honest.

Likely the bushed will be picked up at the MOT if worn though.

No it wont, it may roll a bit around corners if you push it hard, i drove around for weeks once with out the front anti roll bar on, when i had an issue with the drop links, didnt seem to make much difference under normal driving.

both front tyres have worn on the inside.so i take it the tracking is the cause?

Yes get the tracking done, mine was doing the same, had mine done recently and made a difference to the handling.
