keeps loging out

ok ive norm got a few diff pages open when im on line as im doing stuff for work an keep looking in every now an then, but for some really irratating reson it keeps logging me out, any ideas how i change this,

    I think you are auto logged out of the forum after 30mins you can solve this by ticking the remember me box when you log in, otherwise a slight break in the internet connection can do the same
