I've just purchased on of lukes scarab front bumpers and just needed to know if anyone else had one, i want to know how they are fitted to the car do you need a mounting bracket of any sort or is it just drill the bumper and fix to where you can? or do you use the parts from the original bumper? also i cant see how the lights fix in, nothing to bolt them to.

I've got one of these bumpers, but I got a place to paint/fit it for me. I was under the impression that they're a straight swap for the stock bumper. Certainly the place I went to didn't mention or charge for any extra parts or work. I got mine from MJP, where it stated that it used the original light fittings, I think.

cheers RAZ luke rang me that night after i mailed him and told me that you use all the existing bumper brackets and light fixings, i will probably get his man to paint and fix it to.

Didn't Vijay have one of these on his car, was done at the Z Centre as I recall?

 

I believe he wasn't happy with it and is going for a Stillen instead! LOL

Hehehe It'd taken a bash and needed a patch up, but last time I spoke to him I think he was still happy with it Mine's been great, I love it. Just have to watch out for any steep ramps...

fitted my own bumper a good while back and had it sprayed by my own body shop,took a few pictures in the poscess if u get stuck or need a chat mail me your number
