no harm in trying :)

people will just go onto the next advert though. Unless the car looks stunning then I wouldnt ring for details. That one isnt

Very true Dave. Could have put a bit more effort into the ad though  Hope it sells, means prices are on the up.

Prices must be on the rise :) UK spec no details for 6k i saw this earlier made me chuckle people like that i cant resist sending a sarcastic message i guess its just my sense of humour

Not A nice example But these cars should Be worth 6k plus! It's just a bad reputation and a few other things which keep prices so low. In Europe they go for much much

More. Maybe 6k for A Tatty One!

Having said that awful advert and what the hell is on the bonnet?!?

we should all put bids on then make up a fony ebay account and place the last bid. say for £20.0000

what, twenty quid? sounds about right for that

they should be selling for that price but sorry to say they dont at mo,do they sell that much in europe?why?

I think it's because they are a lot rarer there.

Looked at that 1 earlier, nearly fell of my chair at the state of the advert and the price. He must be on some serious hard-core drugs LOL

wherte do they come from these cars, another unkown zed. agreed awful advert, seems like a i promised her id put it up for sale and she promised if it doesnt go i can keep it. pushing your uk spec through halfords and getting some stripes and yuck stuck on it doesnt make it worth more. FACT

Despite the fact the advert is shocking and the car looks chavtastic it still cheers me up to see people asking decent money for zeds as they have got themselves a bad image imho and this will kill prices.it was a luxury Gt car that cost almost £40k so should still be worth that in reality. When you look at Supra prices it puts it into perspective.Im longing for the time when all the nails are gone and prices creep back up.Be years yet though.

agreed mate.

I don't like the stickers on it but it does look quite tidy condition wise.

question is though with the increasing taxes on feul etc will we ever see a rise or will the prices of other simular cars come down aswel as they become impratical, for most people to own? i put about 60/80 quid in mine a month just for weekend luixuary really and the enjoy it, but if those same miles start costing me that a week i wouldnt be able to afford a zed anymore. :(

I know what your saying mate, however I think the zed is a specialists car in the main i.e. It's mainly people that know about them or have always wanted one that buy them. Using the heart not the head. The E-type jag is still a very popular classic and most of them are 4l v8's. As Jimmer says once the sheds are gone, the prices will start to go up.

my missus said that the silver vert looked like someone had bodged it and the convertibles do look a little weird, black is definately the best colour and daz's is a shining example.

I'm highest bidder on that car at the mo, but it didnt hit reserve (didnt expect it to lol) :1eye:

I have known this car with its present owner and the previous owner too. It was when I last saw it a very nice car.

Although its a converted auto not a factory manual.

(I wouldnt be seen dead or alive in one personally.)

thought you meant the red one then pete!

Please bare in mind folks that it's not the car's fault that the seller hasn't bothered to advertise it properly. I hope he does get that money for it as it will help push the price up! The zed is in my opinion one of the most underrated classics there is

Remember a Zed is for life not just for Christmas!
