I could'nt find much info about removing it when I did mine. But theres not much to it.

 

Removal of the pump is shown in the manual and just rip out the condensor in front of the rad and all the pipework. Theres also a screw drain near the battery which is handy to empty the gas.

it probably doesnt lol... just rip it all out :)

 

dont release the gas into the atmosphere via the valve using a screwdriver ( ;) ) then cut the pipes and remove all the bits.

rip it all out and you can take the internals out the box behind the dash if you want everything gone. air con pump and mounting bracket can go too with pipes to the condenser on the front and rest of the bits there. Pretty easy to do will need front bumper off and get air con pump from below ive done it on my other zed but engine is out of that one.
