Its all down to personal preference, white zeds look great, thats why I did mine white, but I dont really like it now, think it looks better as a dark moody colour i.e. dark grey or black, to suit the car better.

Cheers bud. the cars black now, so could just get it blown over black again, wife said red, but dont know my heads battered lol.

I like White, and was planning to do mine White once the engine is in.

I called my Bodyshop mate, and he told me about all the cars he's done in white.

Seems EVERYBODY is doing white now, so im having a rethink.

Mines RED, and has been painted a different Red, Rosso im told. Im not a fan of Red tho.

Im thinking Blue, but i dont want it to look wrong...

Thanks bud. lol its a nightmare picking the right coulour lol

Mark:-)

as said each to there own, and allot say black i the hardest colour to keep clean and make gleam after a wash, it still would not alter my decision though, have you seen carmad's?

Black is hard to keep clean but you do get good results when washed lol,

no pics of the poorley mirror lol.

My favourite standard colour is black.

White does look great - but as an aftermarket modern white. The standard white is a bit drab

Bare in mind a Colour change will cost 2-3x as much as just a blow over, it a very big job to get done properly.

Keep it black and highly polished they look awesome like that . That's my opinion anyway :tongue_smilie:

or potentially go for a white with a metal flake.

Ive seen some whites with 3 different shades in the light.

Pearlescent type.

or even a black with metal flake or pearl could be an option.

Thats if you want something different.

I think Black or white is the best colour for a Zed

if its black already i would stick with it as unless u have under the bonnet & all the shuts done it will notice & cost more to have it all changed maybe a black 2 tone like jimmy tt try black & grey or black & white etc!

Well thanks for the help, I think I have made my mind up with all your help its stopping black, just going to get a blow over to freshen the car up.

Thanks again.

I think you've made the right decision mark

Still like the white to be honest bud, but also like the black and it will be easier and cheaper to spray it black agian lol.

Mark

i am spraying mine white mate but i am not sure what white to have. White looks clean and if u have a dark interior it will stand out more. Also all ur detail stands out to.

I still prefer White, but i wouldn't go pearl as you can never get the plastic bits to match the metal bits. Repainted my Pearl White one to Arktik white for that reason.

Also, don't put black wheels on a car that is light. Makes them look like they just disappear into the arches.

IMO the only colour car that suits black wheels is.......black.

A friend of mines ZX in Pearlescent White. In the flesh it was in 3 colours.

insane performance this had

500 bhp he claimed
