If you could re see a concert that you have been too, what would it be?

I love music and have seen lots of bands. Luckily for me, my best mates dad ran security at wembley, and also got tickets to other venues.

But out of these gigs some stood out way ahead of the rest. and if i could go back in time i would do it all again.

Guns and Roses - Milton Keynes bowl 1993.

Amazing!! about 20 people from front

Oasis - Knebworth 1996, in the middle of thousands of people. But great gig

Queen Kind of magic tour Wembley 1986. The best concert i have ever been too, literally 5 from the front, going bonkers all day. Playing with huge inflatible's and women stripping off everywhere.

Big Country, seen 'em twice and both times were absolutely brilliant, though first Guidhall Portsmouth gig was marginally better.

1980, Pink Floyd at Earls Court performing The Wall !

Gonna do it again this summer, just cant decide which venue ?

Put a post up about this a few days ago !

Seen AC/DC with Bon Scott, 79 I think ? on the "If You Want Blood Tour" outstanding.

Also had the privilege of seeing Ronnie James Dio (rip) fronting Sabbath on the Heaven and Hell tour.

Any past gig with Rory Gallacher would be an honour, very under-estimated guy !

Alan...........

I saw Nirvana at Reading years ago (91 I think or possibly 92), Foo Fighters were AWESOME live few years back as we the Manic Street Preachers playing to a home crowd in Cardiff. Been to lots of festivals and things, and Smashing Pumpkins were good at Wembley. Still want to see my fave band live tho, U2

Saw The Offspring at Wembley Arena, 2001. Was an awesome gig, 25k

people there, atmosphere was superb.

Would love to revisit that gig!

Also had many good nights at a club called 'The Klub Foot' in Hammersmith

back in the late '80's.

Would've loved to have seen The Jam late 70's early 80's, was just too

young!

Monsters of rock 1987,,,maiden,kiss,dave lee roth, guns n roses,megadeth,helloween,,,107000 rock fans,,,unfortunatley some lost there lives in the crush when gnr came on,,a truley epic day,,seeing gnr when they were just hitting the big time..

front row of metallica back in 1996 was amazing

me and my mate had tickets for nirvana but never got to go as a week or so before the gig he went and topped himself, i would imagine those tickets are worth quite a bit now

Thin Lizzy one band I would have loved to have seen

:punk::punk: I saw Thin Lizzy in 1984......what a concert, phil lynott was fantastic.

I saw the Beautiful South a few times, great concerts.

But for me, you can't beat a good Cliff Richard gig..............................lmao.......:punk:  Just kidding.

Seeing Pink at the wembley arena 2006.Utterly, completely amazing + everywhere you looked half naked lezzies kissing.Torture.lol.

would love to see her in Concert! My best ever gig was Pink Floyd at Wembley arena in 1994 (i think) We had tickets for the second night and spent the whole day wondering if it would be going ahead as some seating collapsed on the opening night. Anyway, the gig went ahead and It was absolutely awesome.

Nickelback at Sheffield Arena were brilliant , seen Thunder a good few times and they were always superb live , Danny Bowes is one of the best lead singers you,ll ever hear and Whitesnake , a legend , nuff said .

For anyone not familier with Thunder , this was at Donnington

add sommat

Always liked Thunder and Quireboys. Saw Thunder at Donnington in 1990. Was

# Whitesnake

# Aerosmith

# Poison

# Quireboys

# Thunder

Aerosmith yeah !

went to see hank mavin once, worst gig since david lee roth at the cia! kept rattling on "ahh i remember when cliff and i..........." most of the nite.

as for david lee roth, heard 1 song. had 2 pints at the bar where thankfully i couldnt hear the orrble noise and caught the train home

Metalica at the Glasgow Barowland, early 90's. Place only holds a couple of thousand, for those who have never been, this is probibly one of the best music venues ANYWHERE.

The place was originally a dance hall, so accustcally is spot on. It also has a sprung dance floor which helps with the uncontrolable bouncing about.

Other memorable concerts there would be; in no particular order

Iron Maiden

The Almighty

Mega Death

Henry Rollins

Senser

Ugly Kid Joe

Corrosion Of Conformity

Papa Roach

Alien Ant Farm

just some memoris from the last 20 years.

>>>>>>>>lost down memory lane himself, i think my fav gigs have been doors based,

the australian doors at cardiff uni, awesome atmosphere and every1 there stoned (back in the days u were allowed to smoke in buildings) and a local band in a tiny club doing a doors nite

hawkwind a few times

motohead

who ever played hyde park sometime in the 90s

oasis twice, left early 2nd time cos they were crap

chilli peppers

james bown

its coming flooding back (not a band)

and erm.............

carter the unstoppable sex machine

the wonderstuff

the ramones? i think

ozzy osbourne

foo fighters

pearl jam

errrr stuck now can i phone a friend?

remembered 1............ stiff little fingers, didnt actually get to watch em cos my dopey mate fell the entire stairs of cardiff train station, smashed his head open and i had to take him to the infirmary for 5 hrs
