sorry, but its bugging me, what film is it?

fiance is away on a trip or somthing, and the guy is with another woman but is suposed to be marrying her when she gets back, but is about to commit to the other woman, however, at the end of the film she is waiting in the rain outside the gates but is happy for the guy as he is doing what he wants

 

Am pretty sure its a modern film,

 

I was just on about it tonight to my girlfriend and we cant think what its called...
