If you mean the thing with the fuel pump relay stuck to it, it is near the fuse box.

 

To get to it:

 

Remove the drivers side door sill trim (5 phillips screws IIRC) you'll then need to remove the screws that hold the plastic trim in place, then you can pop it out. There is a little hole underneath a piece of matting where it lives. The pump relay (Bright green thingyu) and what I believe is the controller (Metal thing) is attached to a bracket which you can remove by unscrewing it.
