Need new shocks, please help!

Hiya Guys,

I am getting a lot of bounce from the rear of my car and I suspect that the shocks are failing. I am considering replacing all 4 with uprated ones and possibly some new lowering springs.

I have done a few online searches and forum searches but have trawled up nothing so far.

Some advice, reccomendations and supplier details would be very helpful.

Thanks.

Amer.

Well I have Tokico adjustables and I've been very happy with them. A massive difference of the old knackered Nissan ones, that had only done 45,000 miles !

I got mine from MJP, but I'd recommend calling Johnny first.

Definatly go for adjustable shocks and springs where are various different makes.

Eiback spring to mind ( wink.gif) lol and They are pretty easy to get hold of.

Blitz make springs which i have and they are nice but take forever and a day to get hold of if they dont have stock here in the country.

Koni adjustable shocks are nice but not to easy to adjust.

KYB are very good, have less problems apparently than the tokikos.

And contact got rice in the states for most of the stuff.

I can get you KYB AGX for $400 for all 4 shox, and $240 for Eibach springs. You will have to add shipping to that, and as these come from USA this will be about $160.

The KYB AGX are fully adjustable, and are easier to adjust than the KONI set up.

If your interested let me know.

Leigh.
