I snapped a couple of bolts taking out the centre section and Im having a hard time drilling them out.

Whats the best drill bits for hardened metals ?

Ive got an SDS drill and cant find any suitable metal SDS bits. Do they exist?

Cant you grind them flush then tap them out with a punch and hammer. Thats what I have to do when I put my de cats on.

buy dormer coated drill bits and run them slow with a bit of pressure behind them. most people think speed is the answer! its NOT slow and pressure will get you through and use a bit of oil to lubricate the drill bit to stop it overheating.
