I need to replace my alternator and starter motor as they have both started to play up. Gonzo12c has both for sale in the for sale thread but they are from an Auto.

My Question is, will they both fit and work with my UK manual?

This is what he said when i asked, but i just want to double check before i part with my money :p

Also just been told that the starter motor for the auto and manual are the same fitment just a difference in where wires and oil cooler lines get attached so therefore will be fine on a manual

here you go

Only difference is the plate that bolts on with the bottom bolt.... This plate is there only to hold the wires and has 2 plastic clips to retain the wires in the area.

The auto plate has a small extension that holds the transmission oil lines that run to the oil cooler..... the manual plate doesnt have this bit obviously.

Any help would be much appreciated :)
