Hey all,

Hoping to join the Zed club soon and currently looking at a nice 92 300zx non turbo 2+2.

I have a quick question though, I did an insurance comparison through confused.com and entered the reg from the pic of the car on ebay and it comes up as a Twin Turbo! The advert description specifically states its non turbo, so not just a listing error.

Is this common, or is it possible maybe the turbos have been removed or another engine put in. I imagine that if confused.com thinks its a twin turbo then that's what's on the V5?

I can manually select a non turbo, but surely it should know from the reg...

Thanks!

Paul

for me comparethemarket didnt know what mine was from the reg, which surprised me as it was a UK car.

Were there any non turbo zeds sold in the UK? maybe it was imported or something?

All non-turbos are Imports, and its quite typical for V5 info to be incorrect in the case of imports.

Thanks, glad I'm not alone then. Well, I will hopefully have the car next weekend unless something goes wrong! :)

But Yowser, really your avatar should be one of the girls! ;)
