Has anyone used DP Motorsport for alloys and tyres? They seem pretty good value and their feedback is exceptional.

What do you think? Is it worth seeing if we can get a member discount or are there other suppliers that are already associated with our club that offer an equivalent service?

I have contacted DP Motorsport and Douglas is going to take a look at our club site over the weekend. He was very grateful for the feedback and may do something for us...watch this space!

They seam to be a good company with excellent feedback from our members and discount is always welcome so imo go for it, of course if they want to advertise on the site they will have to become an official trader which the club would be happy to set up.My opinion only znut is the main man here to comment on trading and discounts.

HMM not impressed with them been waiting 3 weeks for douglas to come back to me about some wheels to replace some damaged ones on a friends zed, Ill give them another call tomorrow in one last ditch effort, Seems to me so far they are happy to sell you a product but when you need after sales its too much hassle.

Had a problem after I bought some wheels from him and he was more than helpful, the problem was not due to the wheels I must add.

seems odd. depends on what your asking or whatever??

 

I was once sent the wrong colour for the ones on the supra. They offerd to get them picked up and the new ones sent out asap.

 

I said not to worry as i was happy with them so they gave me very nice refund as a thanks.

 

On another set i had a very slow leak on the rim. so they sent me more than enough cash back to get it re seated and sealer put on the rim.

 

I cannot reccomed them enough.

In summary then...all good experiences and one pending a satisfactory outcome (ZX-TT). Let's see what happens..if we end up with a club discount then this could be a really valuable service for lots of people on here...(including me!)
