Hesitation/Missfire

I've got a slight missfire / rough running problem on my TT. It only happens on a very light throttle, such as when maintaining a constant speed. If I put my foot down a bit more, the car runs fine.

 

I've cleaned most of the connectors, the MAF sensor and the throttle bodies. Any one got any ideas?
