Right, has anyone ever removed the spindle that runs through the front throttle housing?

I am guessing that those 3 indents on the edge of the casting are perhaps holding the main bush/insert in place?

Is it a case of just grinding off the tab on the indent and then pressing out the bush? :hammer:

I need to get this out as the being steel it will not go through the Anodisng process.

cheers
