to flush, or not to flush?

hey up! i was just wondering if using Bars Rad flush was a good idea or not. perhaps its the buildup of smeg which is bunging all the leaks lol.

 

whats your opinions on this stuff, and where is my best place to drain the whole system? cheers guys
