Well finally done it today, took about 3 hours with the coffee and fag breaks.

 

I still need to bleed the water system properly as im getting some intermittent heat, especially when stopped at traffic lights.

I did the cut the pipes and hose mod, much quicker and easier than struggling in the engine bay.

Had enough for now as its dark and cold, going to put the little bits back together tommorrow, but im really happy about getting this job out of the way, been putting it off for weeks now lol.

Just in time for the cold then lol, Glad you didnt run into any major probs :)

No problems really, just a couple of crap jubilee clips, i used some of the Nissan pipe clips, which can handle a better torque on the 2" hose i used to reconnect the matrix pipes.

fair play to you graham . you only beat my time by two and a half days and a trip to zedworld . glad it wernt a race lol
