The S13 (200SX/180SX/240SX) has always been a favourite of mine and was the car that in 1988 announced to the world that Nissan was back. A perfect precursor to the Z32 that we know and love.

 

A gorgeous car in it's time, so when I heard that a convertible was also made, I was quite excited to see the photos. Having now seen them, I can understand why it never took off...

I've wanted one for years but the few that are left in the UK are in worse condition than the poorest Zs I have seen! I don't think any were imported either, which is what has brought a new lease of life to the Z32s (and lots of spare parts!).

i missed out on an exec years back, low milage but a seized engine, 200 quid, still gutted about it, it was a minter too :(

my plans were to get an S13 but at the age of 21 insurance was waaay to much so had to settle for a civic vti

Tons where imported. The 180SX is from Japan and certain models had the SR20DET (same engine as the S14 and S15) in them. There are tons of different models as well, along with the PS13 etc.

 

I got my Z32 and my S13 :), 13 is off the road at the moment though being restored, its been a year already :(.

This was my baby many moons ago, I loved that car, the engines wernt that good though :crying:

 

I had a Grey S13 Facelift a couple of years back

i had one for 2 weeks then sold it on to my sisters boyfriend as all he did was pester me until i did. originally bought it for a project car, nothing majorly wrong it, bit ruff around the edges but mechanically sound.

i had a white one pais 400 quid and was pretty quick but swapped it for an rx7 big mistake lol
