Just a thought, whats the easiest way of storing an old thread, ie at the moment i need lots of past info like cambelt change ect, but I have to keep searching for the right one, so... once ive found it how do i save it for easier access?

Copy the whole web page and save it to a folder in your hard drive, there might be another way, but thats all i do lol. Vodka or Jakai are more computer literate and might have a better idea.

there is a really easy way of doing it, up in your browser bookmark drop down, right click and select "create new folder", rename it 300zx pages of interest or some shit like that, then navigate to the page you want to keep track of, add it to favorites and select the 300zx folder you just created. you can also rename the favorites to what it is so if its a cam belt change. name it to that for fast and easy reference. at present there really is no way of saving favorite forum pages in a better way than that.

you can add them to subscribed threads, but its too fiddly to be honest.

*edit* ooh just make sure that the thread address is showing fully in the address bar at the top of the screen or you will end up with a lot of saves of the front page.

When you do the search - instead of clicking the link/thread right click it and choose copy shortcut. Then add a favourite and paste the copied address in.

If that's too complicated for you i'll show you when i see you next.
