Anyone else had this im trying to send some money as a gift (which ive done before for free) this time its trying to charge me £3.96 for the pleasure??

Ive gifted before and its not asked for fees at all.

Ah always has whenever Ive done it.

if you have money in the paypal account and havnt upgraded to a pro/business account then gifting should be free

 

if it has to take the money from your card as the acount is empty then you pay the fee
