No rush, but when i get to the next step in power upgrades, what is the best thing to do re turbos?

Ive been told today, that a place can recon the turbos, to hybrid spec etc, for £300 each.

Does that sound about right?

What power/boost level would they be limited to?

Cheers

Im not sure who told you that but the average quotes 3 years ago were around £700 each plus vat. Those would be blueprinted with 360 degree thrust bearings, power wise your not looking at much more if little of an increase im afraid. You may find individuals willing to hybrid them though for that money.

He gave me a number for them, so i'll give them a call and see what they say.

I thought it sounded too cheap!

I brought over a set of GT600R's and a set of 5-bolt manifolds, almost 3 years ago....for about £2k.

Just get a pair of t28r's from an s15 or rather from 2 s15's
