I touch help

My step son is doing me in saying that his I touch is running slow.

    Tried resetting it ? Settings> general > reset

    (that's how on a iPhone , presuming it's same fir itouch)

     

    It's like rebooting a pc

    just found out that the 4.1 software slows it down best to downgrade!!
