Had a great day on the Zed yesterday sorting out a boost leak I had on the passenger Turbo. Not your normal kind of vaccumme boost leak but where the Intake Pipe join's the turbo, had a leak from the join as the gasket had failed and was sucking in un metered air.
The Zed pull's a lot better now it's sorted! Thanks to DannZX for the gasket paper! :bow:
Here's how we did it...
The black metal pipe that bolts to the Turbo. On closer inspection silicone was used to seal where the pipe meets the turbo. This obviously failed..

Getting rid of the silicone and pipe corrosion
Underneath the Turbo which was causing a little oil to seep out.
chiseling out the bolt holes in the gasket paper to get rid of freyed edges after drilling.
