I saw these rear kits on some forum and literally felt in love specially with the black one; I´m not sure if it´s Strosek; don´t look like to 2 me..but was wondering if someone knew exactly the Kit; and where to buy it and get it installed? for wot it looks like I might have to remove the spoiler? or perhaps it could be kept also..while installing it?

i think the black one is a standard jap rear with the stonechip removed with a smooth tailgate.

It has a smooth tailgate and different exhausts. Check out my ride as i have the actual tailgate from the car in the first pic on mine. And a slightly different rear bumper which i bought from CarMad on here who makes all sorts.

As said, the White/black Z is Stella's old one and is a Strosek replica kit. Stella's version was made by a company that no longer exists but they are all identical anyway and Zcentre sell it as the Zenon kit.

 

The Black car is just a stock rear bumper, possibly with stonechip removed and without spoiler. In place of the spoiler is Rear perspex third brake light sold by Nissan, it is a Standard option.
