First of all Hello and welcome to the forum, Sounds like it could be relay related, if so and you have checked all fuses, then the relay for accessories is on the rear of the fuse box in the foot well, and its a pain in the butt to get to.

ย

So first id check all fuses for a blown one, if you are fine, then next would be to check the relays, first remove the kick sill from the drivers side of the car, then remove the plastic trim that covers the fuse box, fuse box is held in with 3 screws, remove the screws, remove the plugs that go into the front of the fuse box, and as you start to remove it, there are more plugs into the rear of the fuse box.

ย

Once removed you will see the relays mounted on the back of it. 1 small blue one, 1 normal size blue one, 2 black and a brown relay, all of these apart from the small blue relay, can be changed over for relays in the engine bay fuse box (large t shaped one) check them out one at a time until you either get it working or you eliminate a possible relay failure. But to make it easier, there is one on the rear labeled as ACC. remove and change this one first.

ย

While you are there, check to see if you have a targa leak and that its not causing the fuse box to short. as it will run down that side and empty the water out on the rear of the fuse box
