Suggestions please....last year at Dalkeith wasnt bad however it aint very central for the west coast lads.

Is there somewhere midway that anyone can recommend.

Probably best making it around the first or second week after that everybody tends to get a bit busy.

Thoughts please.

Are you to posh for the colonel's finest fair! :clown:

Sounds good. Better than KFC anyway.

Don't forget Mikie lives on the dark side of the moon!

Was going to suggest the Brewers Fayre at Newmains as thats a bit closer for jaikai, dont think we will need to book but I can phone to check.

Unless you all want something a bit fancier. Too late to book a xmas dinner though!

Have heard there is a good restaurant in Harthill dont know if you will get a beer there though

:(.....Most of these places are much the same tbh, but they are handy as you dont really have to book. Decent restaurants are looking for confirmed bookings with a deposit at this time of year which is hard to do if you arent really sure on whos going to be there.

And look on the bright side its a step up from KFC and McD's

As the new guy its only right that all the slagging comes your way, so we will just find something else :), its all part of the club welcome.

Well done that man just let me know the time and I will be waiting!!!:tooth:

lol or I could pick you up!

Right.

the forecast for tomorrow evening in Bathgate is -10

Sorry to be a party pooper, but personally I think it's stupid going anywhere in those conditions unless you have to.

I would be quite happy to have this postponed until January

Ermm I might not be able to now, in fact I might not even be able to go.

My alternator has packed in on the beemer and I'm struggling to get a replacement. Nobody has one in stock or the parts to repair it. Some are saying they are unlikely to get a delivery before xmas now !

That would suit me now, but others will have arranged to get away from work early

I reckon David's got a point. I got stuck on the A1 at Morpeth yesterday. Took me 11 hours to get home. I dont fancy the same thing happening again on the M8.

iv been thinking the same its a bit of a bad drive in this weather and its real bad up there just now and its gona get worse. i know im not driving but ill come up if your really want to drive up lee

ill phone my sister and see what the weathers like up there she stays in bathgate so might get a better picture

No point in us coming if we can't get home, I went to kilmarnock last night from troon

to see the new Tron movie and it took me about 40 minutes to get there at about 15 - 20 mph !

Think it would be safer and cheaper to cancel this one due to adverse weather !

Incase anyone asks movie was great !

Even better was doing donuts in odeons carpark afterwards in the zed !

Let me know whats happening as I can be elsewhere tomorrow night if you girlies can't make it?
