October 3, 201015 yr sorry if they're a post on this but could anyone tell me what the diffrences between the swb and lwb models exept for size that is
October 5, 201015 yr can of worms thread... :tongue_smilie: personally i like my LWB, but that's more because with the rear seats down i actually can fit stuff in the back, like my bike for when it inevitably breaks down, lets not start a civil war on this, don't fight with other Z lovers hate the supra drivers instead...
October 6, 201015 yr what about the jap imports were they both swb and lwb Yeh, Imports are available in all possible permatations. TT/NA , LWB/SWB, Slicktop/Convertible ..etc The only exception being that the convertables were only ever available as NA, but thats the same for all markets. Edited October 6, 201015 yr by Yowser
October 6, 201015 yr As for looks, I think the lwb is great, but thinking that the swb can be thrown about more - is that true swb owners? Alex Yep, its a lot more agile, a sports car rather than a Grand tourer you could say. But that does'nt mean the LWB isn't a drivers car or that you cant tourer europe in a SWB ofcourse. Im a fan of all Z's.... ( well except Auto's :whistling: ), and the lwb Z's were great as a daily driver with kids/a family, and weekend trips with them all down to cornwall. The lwb is suprisingly praticle if thats what you want from a Z. The SWB boot is actually quite a lot deeper than the LWB version, so can carry some stuff that the LWB could not, but ofcourse does not have the rear seat area. But my Z is purely a toy these days, its all about the driving experience for me, and for this purpose the SWB is best, and the slicktop even better. Edited October 6, 201015 yr by Yowser
