Jimmer is a man on a mission at the moment, my heads have been pressure tested and re skimmed. They are AOK, had some lovely machine work done on the mike smith manifolds for the exhaust gas sensor. Had an Air temp sensor fitted to the plenham. Also seems that whoever fitted parts of my old suspension put them around the wrong way (not me only few bits that are original).
I dont think it should be to long before she is purrrring like a kitten and then I can post some videos of it up. John Dixon is putting an Emerald system in then she should be ready to be run in.
Jimmer said that the head work and internals are mind blowing with lovely machine work and oversize valve job. Im really looking forward to seeing just how much power this little baby will produce . Should be well into the 600s without race fuel and NOS. If I can get into the 700s it will have all been worth it. I also have the option later of putting bigger tubs on for a bit more but I wanted a sensible car to use on the road that spooled up low down the rev range as I never set out to build a DYNO queen. But the build is guaranteed to hold 1200BHP and was built for use with NOS so more than enough to get my teeth into.
Im so excited now I cant tell you  been a few occasions when I wanted to break the thing for parts.
