Ok I was wondering what hobbies that everyone has other than the obvious Zed one?.

 

For me

 

I love History, collect Roman and WW2 stuff

Go Metal Detecting

Cycling

Mixing & Scratching Technics and Vinyl (old skool but cool)

Also love doing DIY and painting etc. Good job with some of the tennants I get lol

I still play football at the age of 40 for a team on Sunday mornings, me and my 2 sons also play on a Monday night. Also working on the zed!

Well I buy and sell 2 stroke lawnmowers, buy broken, cheap as I can and mend and sell for as high as I can, go for good money these days seeing as they are no longer made.

Mainly L300, and L400 Flymos, both use the same 49cc engine.

I was always into AIKIDO, golf, badminton and ten pin bowling.

 

Funny how you can't really enjoy any of them once you have a knackerd back.

 

Still try to play golf when I can but can usually barely walk after 18 holes.

 

I do miss the AIKIDO though.

.....I also like history. Julia and I are active members of English Heritage and the National Trust and enjoy visiting ruined castles, stately homes etc.

 

Also walking (not serious hiking; just a pleasant amble through the British countryside/coastline) and cooking.

 

And whilst I don't get to indulge at the moment, I used to like model trains and would like to find the time to build a decent layout once again. Oh and I also still have a soft spot for the odd steam train (if I'm allowed...)

Holidays for me! :biggrin: Going back to the Maldives in 3 weeks - cant wait :hyper: Me & my girlfriend love travelling around the world.

 

I used to be seriously into Martial arts but sadly have not trained for the last 3 or 4 years & really do miss it.

 

I am (was! :blushing: ) a 4th dan black belt in Karate & have trained with some of the greats in Karate.

Also used to compete at kick boxing but it hurt too much as I got older! :wheelchair:

bout the only thing I can do in between working full time and having a 4 yr old daughter!

Photography would take up LOTS of my time if I could afford another camera. My dad has a Canon EOS 450D slr, I really want one!

DIY for me as I live in a 100 year 3 stoery Police Station complete with cells that needs ALOT of work.

 

Also working on the Z and EVO but most of my weekends September to May are taken up by being an Ice Hockey ref which gets me into bother on a regular basis!!

It is huge with 5 reception rooms, two cells now make a dining room, old cell exercise yard is where the kitchen is now. Currently trying to find the entrance to the old cellars as previously there were 6 cells there during the war, home cinema anyone!! :detective:

Best I can do from Google maps while in work, have loads of interior at home on the laptop. Caravan and MPV in photo aren't mine, photo on Google is with previous owner, now replaced with the Z and EVO 4 :yes:
