My mate orderd a new set of springs for his supra from a trader not on this forum.

anyway he didnt receive the springs so phoned up the company and they said they had sent it via parcel force and some one had signed it but on a different name.

now hes obviously stuck and these springs are worth 600 pounds.

where does he stand?

parcel force are currently going to interview the driver but that doesnt mean he was at fault.

I've had this a few times with different couriers, Royal Mail man finally admitted to signing my name and saying he left the parcel on the doorstep. The other said my neighbour signed for it which was a lie as no one was living there.

How did your mate pay? If by credit card he should be covered that way.

Yes would be intresting to know, as ian said he informed me of packages being sent which i never recieved

Royal Mail had to take responsibility with the one that their drivier signed for and pay the sender compensation.

The other item was from QVC and they just sent another when I told them no one lived next door. I've no idea what happened with the couriers and them.

you just need to look into setting up your own delivery service.

Ive used a few of the personnel business set-ups before and the service is 2nd to none imo.
