Manual conversion - clutch & brake servos

Finally started the car after getting everything together and both the clutch and brake pedals seem to go to the floor way to easy.

 

When I depress the pedals the revs drop too!

 

Have I set up the one way valves on the vac reservoirs wrong?

 

Why is the brake pedal going to the floor?

    i would of thought getting the vacuum lines wrong would just make the clutch pedal very heavy and the brake less effective
