Right seeing all the photos and posts going up i thought that i would post my own thoughts:

Well the night before going my gearbox decided to pack up so i was gutted that i wouldn't be able to take her there, so the weekend started poorly, On top of that we got stuck in traffic on the way and ended up doing about 2 mph for some considerable time.

My mate, me and his two teenage kids finally arrived and had a bit of a laugh trying to put up our tents in the windy conditions. We cracked open a few tinnies and went for a walk.

I was still gutted that the car couldn't make it but wandering over to the 300zx area put a smile on my face again as i saw some old friends, met some new ones, and had the pleasure of looking at some lovely cars.

The weekend went by with much fun had by all, many beers were drunk, many burgers were consumed, and i found myself on both nights still drinking with new friends at way past 4am.

Chuck in 2000 other JAP cars, some a bit special, and some not so, loads of BAR B Q's some pretty decent weather and i would have to say that it was a great weekend all round.

I do however have some suggestions and ideas which may compliment what was an already great weekend and i'm sure that others do too.

But before any discussions are started about next years event i would like to say a big thank you to all those who helped make this years event so good. I'm thinking about Kim and Co. who really did put in loads of effort.

So for my first car show as a member of a club, I have to say i really enjoyed myself guys, and i look forward to seeing you all again soon, either on here or in the real world.

Peace :duffer:
