How to replace accelerator pedal?????(isotta)

Dear Zedders,

 

I just got the isotta pedal set, but i dont understand how im suppose to fit the accelerator pedal. Am i suppose to drill through the accelerator pedal and fit the new one??

 

probably a stupid question, but im stupid.
