stressed trying to get the bloomin glovebox out and the panel to the left of it for a re-trim, can i please get some advise? i searched but didnt find any previous threads, i must simply be a prat!

You need to take the trim off the bottom of the glove box to access the 10mm bolts for the hinges at the bottom of the glovebox, cos there are a couple of screws on the inside of where the box is to get to the side trim. It should then slide out, there is also the sliding catch you will need to manouvre or remove to get it all the way out. HTH

No worries mate, Jae this week and not here next week though on me hols lol.

nice one ceral, got the soozee out too, my only problem is iv removed every panel the clips, screws, nuts, bolts are here there and everywhere and i cant remember how it all goes back in.

should've done what I did mate when I took it all out - sellotaped them all to A4 paper and written down next to them exactly what they were for and where they went. took longer and was a bit faffy but by golly it made sense when it went back in...

...except I ended up with 2 extra screws, which in theory should have been impossible!

lol 2 extra? yes mate that is without a doubt the best idea of doing it, but unfortunately its too late for that. ha ha ha

Pretty straight forward, most of the screws are the same for the panels, and there are some plastic screw/rawl plug affair for the plastic trim along the bottom of the glovebox.

they were like that when I bought them - although I was a little disappointed that the rim is silver but the spokes are more gunmetal - I'd have liked the whole lot to have been gunmetal but not to worry!

my car has been in bits sooooooooo many times, i doubt any of the screws/bolts are where they live, but as long as they are the right length/thread/washer etc, then no probs, i have had to go and buy some in the past as i just had a bucket of randomness!

lol, well having the rims in two colours kind of makes them look a little cheap, but that's just my opinion! :D
