Couldn't help it , but i've gone and bought another Car

Still got the Zed , parking up in the garden to do some work on it

Got a quick question, for my vehicles i usually put a Car pc in, does the lot, well, for this car i'm thinking a single Din with motorised screen or a double din unit. However, i want one that apart from playing cd's/mp3/dvd/avi etc and a radio, i want it to do sat nav AND detect speed camera's.

Now thats the rub, i can find plenty with sat nav, but trying to locate one with a speed camera detector is proving difficult to find.

So has anybody found one yet?

Cheers Rich

Ive just got a snooper on its own but most sat navs now can be downloaded with speed camera locations

My basic Tom Tom warns of any cameras you approaching bud and tells you if your going over the speed limit . HTH

Thanks guys, i know about the stick on ones but my wife will be driving it and it needs to be easy, she'll only go and chip her nails using the usual tom tom gear...

found a lot of alpine/kenwood/pioneer stuf at mega bucks, and also found those one from ebay (china/japan) for less than £150, so has anyone bought one of those ebay ones?

Cheers Rich

Ah the eonon ones or something like that. I am looking at getting these and people that have got them on here have said good things about them :)

I have never seen one with a proper speed camera detector unit. The satnav ones just tell you about fixed cams and likely mobile placements but they will not detect the actual frequency etc like a radar detector. I would get a seperate radar detector and maybe get it hard wired in so its all neat.
